Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Orange City

The coleslaw was sour, and the chicken tasted like it was left out for 3 days. I usually have good experiences from this specific store but this time I have to say it was quite bad

Replaced my fries with the worst Mac cheese on the planet. Just looking at it made me not want to eat anything. DISGUSTING. The chicken was nasty too. I know we have just come back from a hurricane but I ended up feeding the chicken to my dogs because it was that nasty. No place would serve Mac cheese this ugly. Can no longer choose what pieces of chicken I want ... Popeyes decides for me. Not going to return. If I knew my order would include Mac cheese and not fries, I would have cancelled the order.

I'm giving props to all workers except the driving rage, Kimberly. She had a really bad attitude about everything. Not only was she rude for all other employees in the store, she was rude for the customers in the drive-thru. She messed up our order and we had to get in. The kitchen workers were very polite and helpful. When I stood there, I listened and watched how negative Kimberly was. It's hard to work in a busy fast food restaurant, but everyone is fighting for the low staff. The other employees, especially the wife of the chicken, were friendly, even if Kimberly was worried and dismaying. It's hard to push through with a negative Nancy, but they did great! I didn't get the name of the lady before the chicken, but I know it started with an R. Thank you for your goodness! Be great

I hadn't enjoyed mashed potatoes in ages, and the chicken sandwich here is the best I've ever had. Thank you, Popeyes!

The Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal was absolutely wonderful! Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The Cinnamon Apple Pie was the ideal dessert to round off the meal.
