Dairy Queen - Orange Park

The staff is nice and food/ice is good, but there is this one manager with a buzz cut that always looks and seems crazy. She just puts down the mood of the whole place.

I went through the drive thru and the young man who gave me what I ordered was very nice, I had asked for a few things, i.e. ketchup, I just wanted to complicate this young man, he was very attentive and good, in today's world it is hard to find many young men and women who are proud of their jobs and so polite. Today is 9/5/2021 it was about 2:00 hopefully his managers will see this. he was a nice looking young African American who also had pants. I find quite all the people who work there are polite. This Dairy Queen never listened, I told them i wanted a regular Bacon Cheeseburger and always ends up giving me the Bacon Cheeseburger SUPREME with Lettuce Tomatoes and the Hard Gummy Bread. Last time im ordering food here. And told them to put extra nuts on my caramel Sunday and they didn't listen either... ????

Every time we go there it?s great service. Great food and always a clean atmosphere. Very sanitary and cleaned up . There staff goes above and beyond customer service. Never a dull moment not even when they are packed with guests. Great job guys thanks again.

I had never had a hamburger from Dairy Queen before until today. I will have to say they have some really good burgers. I left my purse 8n my friends car which of course had my keys and my wallet. As I was waiting on her to return my stomach was growling. All I had was $6 and some change in my pants pocket as I am looking at the menu the sweetest gal offered me some help. I told what I had and she offered me the $6 deal. What are the odds. I got a drink, burger, fries and even a small ice cream. She was so awesome and so nice. I couldn't have asked for better service a better deal or better food!! Thank you Dairy Queen.
