30 minutes wait for burger when there were 8 people in the restaurant I get 5 minutes away to find out the fries are cold and the burger that I waited on for 30 minutes was even colder and the only friendly persons were busing tables and the salad prep woman congrats you got the last dollar I will spend there 1.12.13 at 6 pm Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The food was good. The staff was low and it took a long time to get our food. While they cleared the table in the bathroom. Luckily we ate our food, but we wanted our cups to go? So we had to ask her for more cups.

I've been going to the loop for many years, but for some reason, this place always makes me think that I've done something wrong. I mean super unfriendly time. I never write bad reviews, but honestly, this one needs something tlc out of the administration, they hardly address them, often I have observed that my food is always sitting there cold, it is as if they don't want customers. It seems like they don't care. I once got the burgers, but always something wrong, so tonight pizza. It was so average that it hunted below the average to the finish line. Salad was good as usual, but full of brown, wilder and not really edible pieces. I'm going to flee from now on. I'm sorry, but the other sites always make it really enjoyable and nothing more to pay for good food.

Ordered a kids pizza. Menu states is comes with one topping. Was charged for the topping when I questioned it the manager spoke to the cashier didn 't even address me and said nothing I can do about it . Poor customer service and BS. Should have honored the menu.
