Wendy's - Orange Park

I love Wendys! You have such good chicken nuggets and pommes. And the Frost and the Dave's Hot and Juicy! Yum!

They serve breakfast and it is good, especially the roasted potato wedges.

When sending someone to pick up an order we looked at the website to choose our items for the 4 for $4 and on the website it shows the expanded menu for this choice so my grandsons picked what they wanted and after getting to the window the worker says they don't have that as a choice. I think with all of the crazy stuff going on that the website would be up to date on what choices are available.

I wanted to see if everybody was telling the truth about this Wendy's because I just moved here and apparently they're not lying. Their slogan should be always old never fresh. The fries were Brown because they were redipped when I asked for fresh fries. Who does that? Why work at a place if you don't want to actually work. You don't have to eat it the person that's ordering it does

I've attempted to place orders here multiple times, hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I still haven't received what I ordered, even when I've tried to correct my requests. The staff also seem to have an attitude problem. Everyone I've spoken to about this particular Wendy's shares the same sentiment, and many prefer to go to a different location instead. I've noticed in the comments that you're engaging with the staff and addressing the issues, but in the three months since my last order, nothing seems to have improved.
