Írjon visszajelzéstLast night in duntry with a group of nurses celebrating 50 years, and had a beautiful meal, and great get-togear. I had an eye fillet, served on a bed asparagus, roma tomaten with kartoffel burin. the meal was beautifully decorated and delicious. (better than...I enjoyed in a top restaurant earlier in the week, and certainly cheaper). the area has been moved to the ramp, and all old wood trims have been painted white, making the space easier, but I wonder if it is an improvement.
Visited the clubhouse after a Sunday round. the staff was incredibly friendly and the kitchen seemed to be open all day. beautiful on the curs too.
Lunch with friends. we were warned of a long waiting period to be served because of the great number of times, but our meal times within about 15 minutes, and we all enjoyed our meals; lamb curries, garnel and grilled garnel salate.
Near our accommodation we decided to try duntry league after a disappointing experience in the night before the whitneys restaurant for dinner. the difference in service, friendliness and quality of food was enormous. our waitress kellie was a precious stone, gave us advice on the menu and the gluten-free options for my wife. we both had the pork fillet and enjoyed for a main course and it was perfect. our choice, with some advices from kellie for dessert, was highly recommended on site.
We stayed here recently and dined at the restaurant. On the night we were there, there was a large group in for the trivia and Parma night, so we were moved into a very large and somewhat bare room, which was a bit unfortunate as...there was only one other single diner there. The food was ok, nothing amazing, a chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto and a rack of lamb were both acceptable. The service was not brilliant as most of the staff were tied up with the trivia mob, but we made do. It’s a lovely old place and I’d like to return as I don’t think we saw it at its best.
