Tim Hortons - Orchard Park

I enjoy getting a bagel with cream cheese, a sausage breakfast sandwich (preferably on a biscuit or croissant), and an iced cappuccino at this restaurant. I also like to share a plain donut with my dog. The food and coffee are both good.

I would have been more likely to return to the restaurant sooner if there was a better variety of Timbits available. It felt like I was consistently getting the less popular options, and this has happened multiple times when my fiance and I both order from Tim Hortons. Thank you.

I 've lived near this Tim 's for over 2 years now. Always good service until today. I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee, 5 and 5, and it showed on the screen as extra so I simply asked if the person would know to add 5 and 5. I was told something like we write it on the cup, it may not make sense to you but it makes sense to us Nothing was written on the cup and it tasted mostly like cream, didn 't taste the hazelnut. I also ordered a muffin, which they forgot to add and I had to pay separate for. The commentary wasn 't necessary and eseentialk my order was not correct. I don 't go to Tim 's much but I most likely won 't go to that one in the future.
