A hidden gem in Orcutt and catering truck everything on the menu is the best version of the dish that I've had (cubano, medianoche, plantain, beans, yucca fries). Cubanissimo uses proper Cuban bread and high quality meats for their sandwiches

When I was from the east coast, I was very reluctant, which will be the food quality here in the west coast for Cuban standards. but after trying to taste the food of this facility, I am very impressed. cubanissimo brings the sazon, the authenticity and the mood of all good Cuban restaurants out there. define them one must be especially when they are lust as I have!

Always fantastic, friendly, fast, and flavorful. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Cubanissimo for always making us feel safe and welcome in a time where we rarely feel either of those things. We love the food here; empanadas, puerco Frito, and pollo con papas are outstanding and always consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming here for years to come!
