Don Pepe's Fresh Mexican Food

On a day when I was low on money and really hungry, a lady that works here helped me out big time. She's awesome and I couldn't thank her enough. This kind of love is what it's all about!

Service and food was excellent. Offered many options of salsa and extras to choice from. Place is clean and well kept. 100% do recommend.

Don Pepe’s is quickly becoming my new favorite restaurant in Oregon City. This is my second time going, Mar has excellent customer service and is so friendly when taking orders. Their frozen margs are the best! I also saw the owners handle a rude entitled customer in a professional way while still providing great service. I will definitely be coming back!

The food was pretty good, a little on the expensive side for Mexican but not horrible. Service was also pretty good. If your looking for a decent Mexican restaurant I would give this place a try.

We stumbled upon this unassuming place while looking for a dog-friendly patio and are SO happy we did! I’m a vegetarian and at first glance of the menu I saw several options. I chose the burrito and it was incredibly fresh with avocado slices, crunchy lettuce, and a medley of other sautéed veggies. My husband had the steak fajitas, which came with homemade tortillas and get two thumbs up and a paw (our pup had a bite and approved, too). The margaritas are beautiful, strong, and well-priced. But the best part hands-down was the service. The chef brought out a platter of the salsas they make in-house and described each to us — they were all amazing, my husband’s fav was the pickled habañero and mine was the verde! We sat at one of the two tables outside and Carla was so kind and attentive to our dog Sandwich. She also overheard that it was my birthday and brought us a plate of freshly baked cinnamon churros at the end of our meal. Thank you, Don Pepe’s — we will be back again soon!
