Írjon visszajelzéstUnfortunately Arby's has started to rip people off with the “shrinkflation” game. Just ordered one of their sliders. It's about half the size it was just a short time ago and at a higher price. Not sure if I want to waste time seeing what they've done with a roast beef sandwich.
Drive up was so busy that others drove away, but we wanted fish and they had some.
Ordered about 10$ of food and looked at my receipt after I paid. I was charged over 1.50 extra than what their menu is LISTED AT. Went back to the counter to get a refund and the explanation was “yeah we raised the prices and never changed the prices listed. Nothing we can do.” My next call is to the better business bureau. They are literally listing one price and charging you 10% more than what is listed. Maybe no one told arbys but that is actually illegal.
We ate inside. The new wagyu burger was very dry and hard frys were cold. Employees were very rude to customers that didn't have cash due to cash registers Crashing!! Employees speaking out loud in rude manner. Very disappointed
Debbi greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door. Very warm and welcoming crew. She joked and bantered with us while taking our order and even brought our food out to the table for us. Will come back and dine with Debbi anytime!
