Írjon visszajelzéstI have visited the restaurant "Okhotnik" several times, both in the barbecue area by the rental cabins and inside the banquet halls. The decor in the halls is quite appealing, and I'm pleased to see they've finally added Wi-Fi, as there were connectivity issues in the past. When it comes to the food, it can be hit or miss; the taste seems to vary depending on the chef. However, the staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns that come up. Accessing the area with kids is not a problem, as there is a playground situated outside near the barbecue zone.
The management is really mismanaging this place... It's impossible to get in to eat. They claim the entire restaurant is full and deny entry, saying it's only for those dining, just so people can use their restroom. It's truly embarrassing and unacceptable.
I really appreciated the service, the food, and the cleanliness of the place. The only drawback is that there's very little phone reception.
July 8th was at a friend's wedding. The food is delicious, no complaints about the kitchen. This is the only plus. Thank you for the food, otherwise the newlyweds would have turned gray without you. BUT, I am very sorry for the bride, imagining myself in her place. Service and administrator Lyudmila, to say that this is absurd, to say nothing. When all the guests sat down at the tables after the buffet and the official part began, the waiters began to ONLY take out food. For some reason, the food was placed far from the guests, on the very edge of the table, which was problematic to reach across the entire table. Before the wedding, the bride told me that they were buying tea, but for some reason the waiters decided to sell it to the guests. When they took out the cake, the poor presenter, he could not shout to the administration and waiters to take it out. And voila, after 15 minutes the long-awaited cake, then waited 20 minutes for a plate and did not wait. Thanks to the videographer. The buffet did not end, the food began to be taken away, from which the bride was shocked and these are not all the minuses. Dear director directors, pay attention to what is going on under your nose. The place is good, but you are trampling on your own business. All guests, almost 50 people want to leave their negative feedback about the service. The reward is obligatory for the chefs, but the administrator is deprecated. Of course, this did not overshadow the holiday, we had fun and ate, but word of mouth, especially since the city is small, you can not expect positive reviews. I really want to give publicity in the social network. Money was paid for this and I wanted a good relationship. The newlyweds prepared so carefully for the holiday that it's a shame for them. Tembolee service currently has value. Please pay attention and take appropriate action⁹
The staff was polite and attentive. The manager helped us out and provided excellent recommendations, for which we are very thankful. Everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you so much!
