Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Orem

We ordered 6 smoothies and when I sent my employee to go get them, they were giving her attitude which we guess was because it’s early and we ordered more than one drink.

Took one bite and there was a bread clip inside the wrap. Very sad considering I come here regularly.

There was one employee that was working harder than all of the others. This employee was very nice and helpful while the other employees seemed to be in a bad mood and very short with customers.

My favorite smoothie place in the area! I love the chia banana boost with peanut butter so much… it’s unique and incredible. When I want more of a full meal, I add on a peanut butter banana crunch flatbread as a combo deal and I’m set! Delicious! They get through the line quickly, and the quality is consistently great.

Employees were so rude for no reason? They gave us the wrong food and when we went back through to give them back someone else's order and get ours they gave us unnecessary attitude. The food is good though.
