Panda Kitchen - Orillia

Takeout sushi is one of my favourite meals to treat myself with ? I have tried Panda Express in the past, as they offer both sushi Canadian Chinese menu. I opted for a bento box that included many staple items: California Roll, hand roll, salmon, shrimp crab sushi. The service was quick, I ordered it by phone it was ready when I got there (20 minutes), however, I felt the quality was lacking. The salmon did not taste fresh, and the rice was cold. The tempura in the hand roll was soggy, however that’s standard with takeout. I liked the options available in the box, especially the touch of seaweed salad! However, I likely won’t order sushi from this location again, but I would be interested in trying the Chinese menu next time!

I paid premium sushi prices for and Elvis roll� and a dynamite roll. These were not very well made. The Elvis roll was beyond dry and the dynamite roll had wads of dried panko in it . Not good .

I am consistently impressed by the quality of the sushi here. The rolls are a very generous size, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and they are put together with care. Great place for a healthy lunch.

Tried Panda kitchen for the first time this afternoon definitely best in town. Really kind staff : our family will be ordering from here from now on.

Picked up an order of sushi and didn’t have high expectation but this is some of the best sushi I’ve had in a while! We ordered Sashimi, hand rolls and a spider role. Fish was super tasty and fresh, roll was delicious, and hand rolls were fantastic. From order to pick up it was about 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!
