Subway - Orillia

Order a sub platter for 12 noon, receive a call at11:53 notifying me that order was ready for pickup. Great customer service, the subs looked great and tasted even better. The subs were built with attention to detail and not just thrown together. Have always ordered from this location for the above reasons, great place.

It's a clean place full of nice people who work hard and deliver quality. I went a couple of days ago and despite being in a moderately large line, my sub was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. It's exactly the experience I wanted when I walked in :

I have found that since Covid started and especially since Covid ended many restaurants don’t believe in customer service anymore and it’s especially true for this place. Tiny portions and small amounts of toppings even though I asked for more I was ignored . $21.00 for a sub that didn’t even cost $3. Dollars to make. And the meat was so cheap that it looked like dog food. Never again!

Always great service and food. They redid the inside and looks great and is brighter.

Renovations are beautiful! Staff are so welcoming. Fav place for lunch.
