We had dinner in August. The food is exquisite. It is highly elaborated food. We took the tasting plates first. Something totally unexpected. The best dinner we have had in all of Sardinia. Monday evening: when I arrived there were 3 tables occupied. The order was accepted quickly, but its preparation currently takes an hour and a half. This is pasta, salad and a glass of wine. The wine was served after 10 minutes, the salad after 65 minutes, I continue to wait for the pasta. Of the three occupied tables, two ate, paid and left. One table of 4 people arrived 5 minutes earlier than me (when I received the menu, they were already placing an order), they waited about 50 minutes for their food, but they waited, although the dishes were brought to them not at the same time, but sequentially, one at a time, with an interval in 3-4 minutes, so that when the last of the four received food, the first had already finished his. There are no censored words about the level of service. I don’t quite understand why these guys are doing something that they absolutely cannot do. Life just passes them by.
