Dutch Bros Coffee - Orland

Starbucks was closed, so I decided to try it for the first time. Drink construction ordering from the menu took a bit of assistance from extremely friendly and helpful staff to understand what I'd be getting. I ordered something that was like a caramel mocha iced latte. Admittedly, I found the taste to be not extraordinary. The size was on par with something between a venti and a trente. The cost came in at just over $10. I almost fell over. I thought Starbucks was expensive. Perhaps a bit pretentious for the taste, but ultimately I didn't hesitate to consume the full volume in seconds.

Very friendly staff. Look forward to stopping whenever I go by.

POOR MANAGEMENT Since the new parking situation one employee keeps skipping cars saying she doesn't pay attention to which car is next. Employees take more orders than they should at one time they mess up orders all the time when you let them know the drink is wrong drink or they messed up they get all upset and have attitude start acting up like it's someone else's fault. Most employees here are immature! Food: 5

We were waiting in line before 10 pm and when it was our turn to go up they told us it was closed but they saw when we were clearly in line before 10pm and no one behind us I guess they didn’t want our service Service: 1
