Don's Hot Dogs - Orland Park

I visited this restaurant after a long day at work, hoping to grab a quick dinner. I was interested in their Two Hot Dog Special with fries (no drink) for $9.99. However, I ended up paying $11.42 for it. When I noticed the discrepancy after paying, I asked one of the staff members about it, and he mentioned that they hadn't updated the register. I was confused since I paid with my card, but my receipt didn’t indicate any card surcharge. The prices just didn’t add up. It's no surprise they seem to struggle with business; the staff lacks customer service skills and common sense.

Delicious food at great prices, and most importantly, everything was served hot and fresh!

What went wrong? I had to repeat my order twice because the person taking it clearly wasn't paying attention. There was also a long wait for the food. This place used to be efficient, and I’m really disappointed.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the food was fantastic. I really miss the 151st location. Food rating: 5/5.

I was really surprised by my experience here. The place was completely empty and very slow, yet they couldn't even wrap the hotdog properly, so everything fell out. The hotdog had cucumbers instead of pickles, which was unexpected. As for the BBQ beef, it was essentially a beef sandwich with watered-down BBQ sauce. There is a big difference between BBQ beef and just beef with BBQ sauce. Additionally, the fries had no salt whatsoever.
