Olive Bakery - Orland Park

The food was good, but I've been here twice before and experienced terrible customer service both times. Each time I walked in, I found myself waiting in an empty room for my order while the owners were in the back. I had to call out several times and was left waiting for nearly 5 minutes before anyone came out. There was no apology or explanation offered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this has now occurred on two separate occasions. Additionally, items were left out of my order, which likely wouldn't have happened if my order had been properly reviewed.

Incredible Middle Eastern-style breakfast! It's very affordable compared to other places!

Without a doubt, this place offers the best falafel sandwich in the area. The price is unbeatable as well. I will definitely be returning soon!
