Orland Park Bakery

Great donuts! Made an advanced order and when we went to pick it up they said it wasn't in stock. Don't bother getting a pie. It was dry and tasteless.

Since I lived in the area, I've been here quite often. Although, a majority of the time, the line is chaotic and unorganized I never had a problem with customer service until the other day. After my order I went towards the cashier and approached the worker who was called Stacy as soon as she screamed next, next, next. I thought that was strange and unnecessary as there were only 5 customers in the store and it was 't as loud as normal, but I approached her to pay for my order, they packed. When I placed my order, I did not see the pretzels that they had behind the counter and said to Stacy I "I'm sorry that I can't see the pretzels I can add a cinnamon to my order they went to sigh in trouble and cried over the restaurant, for the packaging order 79 to add a pretzel. She made her back to the register and didn't say to herself as quiet as she thought I guess nobody sees anything today. I was completely withdrawn and said, apologize to her and she said she wouldn't talk to me. I came to the side after I paid and watched that I am rude with another customer who was just as withdrawn as I tried to pick up a cake and did not know that he should give the lady his name, taking orders. Without saying, if I ever go and I see that she works, I will go immediately and not waste my time, which is judged by a worker without reason. I would rather support another local bakery with friendly staff. It's a shame to have such a bad experience in a place I supported for a while.

1st time coming to this bakery. Stop b y to get some punkskies. An man was it crowded. A flow of customers coming in as customers left. Customer service was good. Even though the line was long, it moved fast. You can order them online and come pick them up

First timer! Such beautiful and unique bakery goods! I went to buy packzi (sp? and saw huge sheets of brownies and amazing cakes, etc. I bought online and learned to check the shelves for my order. Ask for napkins!

Only tried the paczki on my visit. They are fully and light. I did wish the outside was more crispy. It’s a nice combination of having a soft fluffy inside with a crispy brown outside. Then the stuffings provided are a nice selection of modernized ingredients from traditional flavors. The strawberry ones had plenty of stuffing with fresh strawberries. The buttercream had plenty of cream and flavor was on point. Some flavors did seem to have less stuffing, like the cannoli had less filling, wish it had more like the other flavors. Last thing is I wish they had vegan or healthier options/section. I get it that it’s a bakery with sweets but this is aimed at the bread section. They have a wide selection of breads but none on the healthy side. Some seemed oily and none with a nice crisp crust. Overall this is a great bakery that you must try when in the area. Definitely a spot I will be returning to for paczki.
