Bonefish Grill Orlando Central Florida Parkway

We were very disappointed in this Bonefish. We made reservation and arrived at 5:15, ordered an appetizer and three meals and a childs Mac Cheese. We waited and the appetizer came timely, then we waited over 45 minutes when we inquired about our order to our server. He apologized and return saying he had checked it and expedited it, then we waited until I spoke to the Hostess who sent the Manager, who apologized and said he would expedite the order. 15 minutes maybe more passed and we were served. My son-in-law's Sea Bass was over cooked, my daughter's shrimp were funky and my fried fish were fine. My Gran's Mac Cheese was good. Our server was very good. It would appear after the appetizer the order was lost. People all around us were finishing as our food arrived. I was surprised no consideration was made for the amount of time we sat entertaining a five year old. I felt this was normal. Thank goodness for the canyons and the butcher paper or we would have bolted. I recently wrote a positive review for the Bonefish in Madison, MS. We love their food and service, so we do have expectations.

Waitress wasn’t very friendly but whatever. Food was very good. Ambiance was nice as usual.

Went during happy hour and had cocktails with the food. Great food and cocktails for price with excellent service thrown in for good measure. Will definitely be returning.

The Service was brilliant. Food fabulous we had the Fillet Steak with Prawns . Good Atmosphere

Made reservation. We still had to wait for a table and then they wanted to sit us in the bar. Ordered immediately and after 45 minutes and watching other people who arrived and order after us get their food. We we to front and asked for a manager after another 10 minutes the manager finally came up and asked us what the problem was. We explained and he offered no apology nor any explanation Would not recommend this location to anyone
