Einstein Bros Bagels - Orlando

This was my first time at this location, and it was quite busy. I wasn't sure where to place my order as there were no signs to guide me. After waiting in line, I realized that I was in the wrong queue. When it was finally my turn, the person taking my order was rude and seemed irritated by my questions, as I wasn't familiar with how things worked. It felt like she was in a hurry to finish her shift and leave. Overall, the service I received was quite disappointing.

I have fond memories of my time working at Einstein Bagels in Southwest. The excitement of busy weekday mornings was palpable, often with lines spilling out the door as we prepared dozens of bagels—13 in a box, to be exact. It was a bustling environment, filled with the energy of customers eager to grab their favorite bagels.

Jessica was awesome and super friendly! And the food was awesome. It’s been years since I’ve been to one of these but I’ll definitely be back! Oh and get the vanilla crème coffee when you go!
