Love the staff here. Always friendly and helpful. They treat regulars like family and newcomers like friends. I've never ever had any gripes with anything about this location for years. The food is fantastic, the service is quick and precise they always indulge my unhealthy obsession with pickles. It's definitely my go-to as of late for a quick, delicious bite!

We recently discovered just how good Firehouse is. We enjoyed the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub and they were great. The restaurant was busy but the staff handled the orders efficiently and we received just what we ordered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food wasn't good. The bread was barely roasted, the salad was soggy and the steak and the cheese had no cheese. I worked for 14 years at an FHS and was very excited to visit an area where there was one near me on vacation, as there is not one near me now. We spent $140 and it was really disappointing.

This place is great! Good food, a variety of drinks and friendly staff! Not from here, but I would come here every time I come to Orlando! Would recommend 10/10
