Maxine's On Shine - Orlando

Been meaning to write this review for a while now. We went to Maxine’s on Shine during Bite30 (I think it was last year) and we sat at the bar where one of the owners waited on us. Food was incredible, the food and drink pairing was spot on and the conversation was great. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Reservations for brunch a must, but sat at the bar. Brunch drinks big and stout. Food came quick and was large portions. Chicken biscuits and Brisket plate all delicious. Eclectic decor and funky atmosphere.

Came here on 5/13/23 for Mother's day/ Grandmother's 86th birthday with my parents and fiance. My grandmother had a blast and martinis! Maxine came by to every table and was awesome!! Food was awesome!! Service excellent!! I had the lobster ravioli (with benadryl as I have a dairy allergy) it was godly. My grandma had the ravioli too and enjoyed it!! My dad had cioppino and enjoyed it. My mom had trout. My fiance had filet mignon with peppercorn sauce and couscous. We had key lime for dessert ? and they gave us flutes of champagne and a spritz with it. All in all very delicious and delightful will be back and want to try brunch!

Crab Cake Bennie on a Saturday? YES !!The Red Sangria is an acquired taste but it grows on you ...very cinnamon-forward which was weird at first.Love the Vibe: service is always great...love having this gem within walking distance !
