Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes - Orlando

Living in the area, I frequent this location when I’m craving a delicious burger that’s not McDonald’s. I came in at 12pm which is the height of the American lunch hour. Fair enough. There was a big party dining in needing to be taken care of! I waited patiently and pleasantly. As I saw twenty minutes pass, I still did not say anything as I watched the manager or the owner watch me with everything he did. It took thirty somewhat minutes and those who came in after me be served before he asked me what the name on my order was. Barely an effort made to get me my lunch that was in fact sitting in a bag behind him that I so patiently stared at for thirty minute with my tum grumbling at again the pinnacle of American lunchtime. Finally someone handed me my bag of lunch that was sitting there staring back at me. Somehow I feel like a dog who was being taught a lesson. Kind of disheartened to even eat my lunch at this point and not feeling happy about the way I’ve spent my hard earned money. Do better. Apologize. Greet your patrons. Care about them. The reason I did not order ahead of time was because I did not want my food waiting for me. Alas here we are. Cheers.

I want to shout-out a few people on my recent trip to Mooyah. It’s been years since I’ve been here and the customer service and attentiveness was top tier! Sheb was so nice and lovely, she really took the experience up a notch! Big thank you to Julio for a fantastic dinner and to Marley for being attentive to our table. Very wonderful staff! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Would give them 5.First time at Mooyah.On Cheese burger day.Online order.Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, GRILLED ONIONS, mayo, mustard.Get home.....NO GRILLED ONIONS.Burger is good, would have been GREAT.with GRILLED ONIONS.It was listed on printed receipt.Also on app.Fries were good.Shake is fantastic.

The best burgers in Orlando! The soft non GMO buns are made in house daily along with the fresh never frozen Angus grass fed beef! Lots of different burgers to choose from. You can taste the quality in every bite. The hand cut daily fries are also great! Our waiter Angel was very good and welcoming! Thank you Angel. Highly recommend!
