Panera Essen consistently provides excellent service and great value, as we all know. However, what sets this particular location apart is the friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere. I'm in town for business, and this is my third visit to this Panera. I wish I could recall the name of the woman who took my order, as I would love to recognize her personally. She is a real asset to the company. If any manager at this Panera happens to read this, please let her know that she worked last night and tonight. She went out of her way to help me locate my Panera Card using my phone number and did her best to assist. Although we couldn't find my card, we ended up sharing a lot of laughs. She truly adds a special touch to the experience!

This is my second home, my office, and my go-to spot for relaxation, but above all, it's my favorite place for soups. They also serve incredible salads, and the staff is always friendly. I've never had a negative experience here.
