Írjon visszajelzéstThe two older women working there on Thursday, 5/19/2022, at 2:35 PM provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Subway location. When I arrived, I wasn’t even greeted; they were just sitting down and chatting with each other. They clearly saw me walk in but ignored me until I approached them directly. To my surprise, they seemed bothered by my presence. Additionally, there were hardly any vegetables or condiments available, which left me confused. It’s clear that this location is privately owned, and the service was absolutely terrible. I ended up leaving without a sandwich and without a refund. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
We visited on July 11th, and Kiarwlys was the only person working. Despite being clearly understaffed, she did an incredible job and didn’t seem stressed at all, even with the line stretching out the door! Thank you for the fantastic service!
I visited this restaurant two days in a row during lunchtime, and both times their system was down, preventing them from taking any orders. The following week, I arrived at 10:30 AM, only to find that they had just opened—an hour late. I won't be returning.
Chris really gave me an amazing smile and service. Subway was my very 1st job back in 1993; when minimum wage $3.35 and I was proud to serve our community in Kissimmee, FL. I value great service and I know how hard it is to keep up a great attitude when there are a lot of customers. Thank You Chris, Subway is lucky to have you. Continue to Eat Fresh!
This subway should be closed down or needs new management. I have tried to come here on 2 different occasions. 1st) 1 employee working and said they can't take walk in orders online only. 2nd) arrive at 9:15am store opens at 9 and doors are still locked. Employees say they need another 15min or so for the computers to boot up and get opened. I am sorry maybe that should be done at 815 if you open at 9? I'm done trying to eat here.
