Subway - Orlando

Two staff people working there. They seem to be more concerned with baking the bread and setting up, than customer service. Even though we were the only customers, we had to wait while they are busy doing other things.

I been going to subway for over 10 years now, always love it, I know there motive is to always serve fresh and be friendly . This particular location I did not like at all. The two ladies who worked in the front were extremely rude one was older and younger both were disgustingly rude and kept rushing me. None of them smiled I felt extremely uncomfortable here.

Went today and no one in store a gentleman comes up behind me skips to the register and it was someone in assuming is a regular but the girl comes from the back completely ignores me and takes his order after she saw I was there first. Then when I asked for my usual she tells me that they don?t have and that they have been short for a long time but when I went last week the kind older lady worked her magic and filled some of it back up. I was highly upset and I try not to but she didn?t even say sorry for taking the gentleman first when she clearly saw I was waiting for her to finish talking with her friend in the back and then she wants to say they?ve been short for that specific thing for a month. Like I understand things finish but I?ve been in two times this month and have had no problem and every time she?s there it?s always the same excuse just because they don?t wanna check in the back or don?t have it ready in time for lunch

Very bad horrible customer service the older ladies were nasty and rude she was have an attitude with me right when she try to take my order So disappeared i have to walk out without ordering anything what rude nasty and bad customer service I would give 0 Star if there is an option for me to do so my 1 times in this subway and never come back to this location again

The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the food was fresh and delicious.
