I visited Tijuana Flats for the first time and found it to be a casual and quirky spot. The front staff was very polite and welcoming. As I browsed the menu on the counter, I exclaimed about the size of the chimichanga, and the staff member demonstrated just how big it was with her hands—definitely a great value for the price! I opted for a wheat tortilla filled with ground beef and cheese, topped with tomatoes and shredded lettuce. It also came with a side of chips, and I requested salsa at no extra charge. The dish was surprisingly delicious and well-seasoned, with just the right amount of salt. The tortilla was crunchy without being overly fried. I would definitely return the next time I’m in town.
