White Castle -orlando

My wife and I have a long history with White Castle. We’re originally from Indiana—Go Hoosiers!—and we made many late-night trips to White Castle back in the day. When I saw that White Castle was offering Valentine's Day reservations, I was excited to book a table for us. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The Orlando location is lovely, and the staff works incredibly hard. I really appreciate the design of the kitchen, where you can see a bit more than the customers usually do. As vegans, we were thrilled that the Impossible Slider has become one of our favorite fast food options since its launch. The food was delicious, served quickly, and at the perfect temperature. Honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better place for our Valentine's Day dinner, and I can't wait to dine there again!

The entire staff was very friendly, but it felt more like a casual dining experience rather than a full-service restaurant, which led to some challenges. Service was slow; although our drinks arrived quickly, it took a considerable amount of time for our food to come out. The White Castle quality was there, but unfortunately, the sandwiches were served cold. There seemed to be a lot of confusion during our visit, and the manager was handling the cash register instead of overseeing the event directly. Perhaps it would have been better for him to engage more with the floor. Overall, it was a fun experience, but probably more of a one-time event for us. However, we do plan to return as regular customers during the day.

Loved this concept. Drove 3 hours to have a Valentine here with my husband and our adult children. I had the best time. Can't wait next year
