A real brunch, full. 24 euros but it's worth it. orange juice pressed and smoothies at will. from the good charcuterie, good surprise on the smoked haddock. possibility to have grilled meats. a counter where we can get the cooking of our egg. flat on waffles and pancakes that are not very good. But on the amount of things it's not fundamental... Really nice!

Dinner a week with a couple, without reservation. Friendly, friendly, and competent servers (knowledge of the dishes served, with detail on the cooking methods and the ingredients chosen). Correct map with choice of limit but consistent with the season. we took a menu (entrance, dish, dessert.) service time: 20min between each dish. The dishes were based on fresh products, and were all made home. from the entrance to the dessert the dishes served were aesthetically sought-after (e.g., games) of texture with liquid nitrogen, chocolate dessert and pastry cream in the form of cigar smoked by a true cigar, with a glass of cognac mousse) and tastefully good without being "exceptional". Price slightly high : 40€ for a menu. total addition: 91€ for 2 menus and a bottle of 37cl of Quincy). The spirit of their recent owner is found in this bistro kitchen (also leading the excellent "season" to sandillon.) bistrot interesting gustatively and for the pleasure of the eyes. to be recommended

As it is a culinary experience and not in love, more than an hour between the preliminary and the resistance dish does not contribute to (re) enjoyments... The risible of the thing has already been very well described earlier. But when you booked and arrived early (12h20,) it's much less funny because there's no excuse. damage because it is actually pretty good, well cooked on the basis of good products. but at a rather high rate and with a pretentious service (but no tablecloth or even table set) it is just unacceptable.
