I want to explain why I believe this restaurant deserves only one star. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the issue isn’t with the app itself. The problem is that they consistently send me the wrong items. Perhaps it's my fault for continuing to order from them after so many mistakes. However, I made a note asking them to "please double check my order contents" because one of the dishes I ordered is inedible without the sauce. I understand that I may not have the most adventurous palate, but who wants dry food? Come on, Tipikliz, your order pickers need to pay attention! If this continues, all these negative reviews might just close your restaurant!

They have the worst customer service in the world. Imagine buying at the place and the cashier face look just like he don't want to be there.

Ordered $40-50 worth of food, not worth the price. Apart from it very much lacking in flavour, the food does not taste fresh, the plantain, pikliz, griot, chicken wings, macaroni tasted very weird or old. Just praying I don’t get an upset stomach after this. Future reference, Make it at home or just order somewhere else :’ also they put one plantain in my plate idk why it felt really cheap lol) was hoping for a better experience

Great restaurant. Best Haitian food I had in a while. I had the griot. My wife had the tassot. We found our new spot.
