Mcdonald’s Ormoc Burgos

For a mcdonald it is pretty good service. Pizzy cakes are great.

The staff were all accomodating and the service is good. They strictly follow health protocols. My only concern though, is that the fried chicken is not freshly cooked or maybe cooked twiced that it lost its crispiness and its freshness. I have experienced this twice in different days and I hope this will be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Fast and efficient, despite almost always being full of costumers.

We came all the way from Tacloban Romualdez Airport. Tired, hungry so we went to Mcdonalds after a 2 hrs van ride. Disappointed, chickens are not cooked well you can still see some of the bloods, when we asked for water because of the long drive we want to drink water not soft drinks Php 2 for the cup or we have to reuse our softdrinks cup. Since we lost our appetite with our chicken we asked it wrapped for take out Php 5. Kudos to the McDonald's guard very accommodating and helpful thank you and for the good french fries drinks.
