Jack In The Box - Oroville

Stuffed jalapeños were cold and not melted inside. Did not revive irde sauces. Chicken in the wrap was in edible. Only things that were fine was tacos and mini churros

My boyfriend and I went and ate at Jack in the Box last Wednesday and now he is in the hospital with food poisoning,they need to fix this problem who knows how many other people have gotten sick from their food. They better start checking their foodbetter.b Be weary of Jack in the Box in Oroville California. They are lucky we don't sue them.

Got to Jack in The box in the afternoon just about closing time we ordered our food along with the other party that was with us ordered their food the other party that was with us received their food and we sat down to wait for our food to be to us. Otherpeople came in and ordered received their food and we started to feel like it was a little strange that we were still sittingthere well after. My partner went up to the counter and asked where our food was the person that took our order turned aroundand didn't know where I food was until the manager was alerted and came up and said here's the food and it had been sitting in abag pushed back on the counter not even in the warmer for a good 10 minutes. The person that we had talked to at the counterturned around snatched the bag up dropped it part way down to the floor caught it with their hip picked it back up laughing likeit was a joke and handed it to my partner. This is unacceptable food handling and unacceptable service

The food was incredibly fresh, and everything was just right. This is the first time in a long while that my DoorDash order was exactly as I requested. They also provided an ample amount of sauce.

I received the wrong drinks: one large fruit punch was missing, and I got a large unsweetened tea instead of the diet Pepsi I ordered. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry, and to make matters worse, I had my first bite of bacon in 10 years when I specifically ordered no bacon. Unfortunately, this made me feel really unwell.
