Pizza Hut - Orrville

Got two pizza melts,one a pepperoni lovers with four pieces of pepperoni the second a meat lovers with no Italian sausage. You guessed it,about a quarter pound Italian sausage a few pieces of pepperoni a few pieces ham and that's it. Then they were almost burnt on top and grease dripped out the bottom. How this place stays open is beyond me.

A wonderful establishment. The customer service was next level. I had a very long day at work and came in to order pizza late at night and this store treated me like I was family. The guy behind the counter was new, but he did his job very well, and served me with a smile. Would recommend. 10/10

Ordering pizza shouldn't be stressful. The app constantly crashes. The website is trash as well. I couldn't redeem points due to the malfunctions. I went ahead and paid for the pizza 15.99 but it should have been free. This frustration happens everytime I order from this place. The malfunction of not talking to someone who actually works in the store drives me nuts as well. So we will just be eating at other local shops, absolutely done with PIZZA HUT!!! The Big New Yorker was a big hit! Cooked and tasted amazing! Great drive thru service too!

Love this pizza hut, always friendly and the food is always fresh!
