Osteria Del Grillo - ORVIETO

The day we arrived on Saturday, they had no GF Pasta. The owner pointed out what is available... all divine... and some lamb dishes. The owner is a pleasure and was very helpful. Instead of bread with the cured meat and cheese, he brought crackers. If the GF Pasta is something like the house Pasta, this place is not a brain. It is delicious and beautiful and inconceivable in a wonderful local, regional way. Truffles were fresh and generous on the Caccio de Pepe. Just a super sweet little stop from the road next to Orvieto.
