Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Oshkosh

Our favorite thing to get here is icecream cakes for the kids' birthday. Occasionally Ill get the cherry dilly bar. I just wish it wasn't so waxy.

They got my ice cream wrong plus the chicken wasn't even fully cooked they rushed it and we still had to wait in the drive through

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've tried to give them multiple chances to prove themselves, but once again, it was just disappointing. Malaya was at the drive-through, and she was rude and unhelpful, showing little to no customer service skills. Our order seemed to be prepared with minimal effort. I ordered a milkshake, but instead, I received sour milk that wasn’t even cold. The rest of the order was also poorly handled. I cannot recommend this place.

The worst restaurant in town. I called four days ahead to order a custom ice cream cake, and they completely misplaced my order. The manager even tried to claim that I never placed one, despite the phone call being in my call log. They didn’t offer me any ice cream cake at all, not even a basic one. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here; it’s just a bunch of kids sitting around eating ice cream and lacking experience. The place is dirty and unkempt.

I ordered a hot beef sandwich and it was delicious, but the prices have become too high for my budget. I won’t be returning unless the prices come down.
