Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Oshkosh

I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a shrimp basket and a side of cheese curds . The curds was cold and old . The shrimp was over cooked and no sauce with it . very disappointed in the meal . I had to throw it away .

Waited 30 minutes in drive-thru. Got to dairy queen around 9:32 and finally got our ice cream at 10. While waiting, we saw the person that ended up giving us our ice cream smoke outside for a second. We gave the benefit of the doubt thinking that they were understaffed or something, but when we were at the window we counted 5 people just in our view (could be more that we couldn’t see from the window). All of them which were just talking in a circle for 2 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The person at the window was nice and not rude, but my ice cream ended up being a bit melted.

Very very slow for no reason. The place looks great since being remodeled but the employees have no sense of

We were the only ones in the place. We ordered a sundae and a blizzard. 14 minutes later, we asked for our money back because we still hadn't received them.

Slowest fast food ever. Every time I take my kids to drive through we wait at least 30 minutes in the line.
