The atmosphere at Kafein is really nice, but the service is disappointing. We were seated at a dirty table that was covered in ash. The sugar bowls were empty. Our tea sat on the table for 30 minutes while the waitstaff were just sitting nearby. You could forget about any smiles from them; there were none at all.
