So frustrating this is the third time in a row I have ordered from this jimmy Johns and they messed up the order! First time calling and saying something today!! They reminded my husband 3 times he needs to give the sandwich they messed up back!!! Like we don?t want it in the first place!! Then the sandwich they remade for us was wrong again!!! I listened to my husband repeat exactly what he wanted twice! If you can?t listen to someone?s order let someone else answer the phone!
Unfortunately, we had an experience that echoed the sentiments shared by many other reviewers. The idea of "quick" service is far from the reality we've encountered. Our office, located near CR 81, has attempted to order food online during busy workdays, but the last three times we ordered, it took 45 minutes each time. On our most recent attempt, we had to rush to the location to pick up our food ourselves, just to avoid further delays. When we confronted a young manager about the situation, she was defensive and offered no valid excuses. In fact, she refused to refund our delivery fee despite the issues we faced. When I expressed my frustration, she simply replied with a cheerful "Have a nice day!" This establishment desperately needs significant improvements. Although the regional manager reached out to us, there has been no resolution, and based on our conversation, it’s clear that the underlying issues remain unaddressed. We will no longer be ordering from the Osseo Jimmy John's.
I have consistently been treated very rudely whenever I order from this restaurant. I decided to give it another chance today, and the experience was absurd. I live only 1.8 miles from the restaurant, and after waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I called to inquire about it. The young woman who answered did not introduce herself and sounded clearly annoyed at having to take my call. When I asked about my order, she interrupted me and claimed that the driver had multiple deliveries and that mine was on its way, without even asking for my name or details about my order. I understand that they may be busy, but it's important to show respect to customers.
They didn't open until 10:30, which is fine. However, the way I was treated was not. The staff member informed me, with a disgruntled expression, that they wouldn’t be opening until 10:30. It would be better to keep the doors closed until opening time rather than showing rudeness to paying customers.
