Go to any other booster juice (Kanata Lakes is great). It took 30 minutes to get a not even full juice blend. The trainee was doing his best while the manager talked on the phone and the other worker disappeared into the back. I was the only one in the store so no reason to wait. This has happened enough times I won’t go here any more.

I worked hard to get this woman’s name. Vanessa always has an attitude and should not be in customer service. If you don’t like it don’t do it. She’s always rude to the other workers. Do something individual like a janitor at a school at night time. I heard her tell one of the other girls to get down on the ground and scrub the floor behind the freezers. Get cleaners and don’t abuse young girls.

I bought a smoothie but I don’t think plastic was one of the ingredients. Their blenders are clearly cracked. If you want a get quick rich scheme, this is the place!

Saw cockroaches in the ice bin and walking on the counters. The workers were visibly grossed out by this. Get a bug guy, give him a smoothie or two for his troubles.
