I typically love this place. Best pizza on the mountain, good price, the works. This last trip will most likely be my last unfortunately. Placed my order Wed after lunch rush, not a soul in the building. Was told it'll be about 45 mins. Ok, not bad. 45 mins later I come in and check on it.... they haven't even started my order. I'm told 10 more minutes.... OK, I guess. Food is sub par, where did the quality go that made the wait ok. Where did the specials go that got me to try something new everytime. Where did the customer service go? Unfortunately, I can reccomend this place anymore, which is a shame.... We designed our own pizza, half was salami, jalapeno and pineapple. The other half was pepperoni, pineapple and onion. So delicious in my opinion it's the best pizza on the mountain and I have tried them all!!! Service was outstanding our gal went so far as to tell us how much the pizza would be (the extra toppings) in case we wanted to change the order. I thought that was really considerate of her. 08.16.2023 Just had a new disappointing experience. After placing our order and sitting down. 20 minutes passed by and no drinks arrived. I went to ask about them pointing out that another table had ordered after us had already been given their drinks. I was told oh your dining in? Uh yes we told you that when we ordered. So as much as I love the pizza this will be my last visit. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time we have had slow or bad service, but we keep giving you a chance. Even after I had to ask for our drinks and reiterate that we were dining in our pizza was brought out in a box, no napkins or plates provided. This was absolutely horrible customer service you guys could do better for the price you charge. I will take my business to Pinetop from now on at least I know I can get a plate and napkins when I eat. We had a craving for oven-bricked pizza for some time as we were passing thru the town we seen a billboard for oven-bricked pizza. We decided to try it was the best decision. Absolutely will be a must stop for us when we come back through. Super clean spot with the friendliest crew. Recommend to anyone in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
