Chipotle Mexican Grill - Overland Park

Pros:(1) fairly standard chipotleCons:(1) not working soap dispenser in the bathroom(2) they had no ice for drinks, and this is a running problem due to the sign on the beverage machine (i.e. they had carried out a temporary fixation)

Was there Sunday night and my meal and service was great! The manager Ulyses help me go through the line since it was my first time going there! Will be coming back again!

One of the worst pick up orders I’ve ever had! Do not do pick up from this location! Most of our order was messed up and the portions sizes were half of what they normally are when you order at the restaurant. Our Queso was really spicy, my toddler’s chicken was too spicy, my burrito bowl was swimming in sour cream when I asked for them to go “light” on it, we asked for peppers and onions there was one of each in one of our bowls, my husband was supposed to get his burrito double wrapped it wasn’t…etc. Just absolutely careless and lazy!

If you order delivery from this location your order will most likely be incorrect. You have to actually go in and watch them make it to make sure they make it correctly. I love chipotle food but this chipotle in particular seems to have a real issue with accuracy.

Good food, so what I usually expect from Chipotle. Clean environment in the lobby and behind the serving line. I also tried their chips and dip for the first time. I liked it and would order it again!
