Chipotle Mexican Grill - Overland Park

I would typically advise against visiting this restaurant, but after today's experience, I have to say I will be returning! I ordered my own bowl, and the manager made a mistake, but Ulysses was very accommodating and let me reorder without any hassle. The lobby was sparkling clean, and the staff and atmosphere were incredibly friendly!

I like a lot of salad in my bowl, and I swear that it’s the most expensive ingredient at the counter. However, getting them to add more than ten pieces of lettuce is like pulling teeth! I've tried saying “heavy on the salad,” “extra salad,” or “as much salad as you can fit under the lid,” but I still end up having to ask for more. It really frustrates me, and it seems like no matter how often I leave a bad review for Chipotle, someone high up must be hoarding the salad!

The customer service was also quite odd. The man who was adding the toppings seemed frustrated with me because I wanted to add all my toppings at once. I usually say “ice,” and then, when they add the corn, I say “and salad,” and so on. He even made a circular motion with his hands and told me to "slow down," even though he had just started when I initially placed my order. I thought he might not have heard me since he didn’t begin adding anything right away. However, that didn’t seem to be the case. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working on August 30th around 7 PM. On a positive note, the berry agua fresca was delicious, which was definitely a highlight of my visit!

Pros:(1) fairly standard chipotleCons:(1) not working soap dispenser in the bathroom(2) they had no ice for drinks, and this is a running problem due to the sign on the beverage machine (i.e. they had carried out a temporary fixation)

Was there Sunday night and my meal and service was great! The manager Ulyses help me go through the line since it was my first time going there! Will be coming back again!
