Homer's Coffee House - Overland Park

Day had not started out awesome...in the middle of a move...hot and sticky... decided I needed some coffee Tried the iced Coconut Dream DELICIOUS found my new Coffee House

Great American blend and Colombian coffee Parking: Better to park in city lot a couple of blocks away.

I really mean it this time, this might be the best coffee in Overland Park. I had the Thai Supreme (it has sweetened condensed milk) and my friend had the Angel Caramello (white chocolate and caramel). Both were amazing, but I think the Thai Supreme is the winner for me. Although the place was starting to get busy, the 2 guys behind the counter were keeping up with the orders while maintaining a fun and friendly attitude. No one had to wait more than a couple minutes for their order. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which had a beautiful smelling deodorizer.They have a great comfortable seating area with a nice atmosphere to talk, read, or do some work on the laptop. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I will definitely be going back for some more Thai Supreme coffee.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered a specialty coffee for my wife and I got an Americano, both were delicious. I also got a couple salted carmel bars and they were perfect. I could not describe a better coffee shop. If you're in the area make this a stop for sure.

I love this place and come here often for the great atmosphere. They have a lot of local crafts and art they sell, and the drinks are good. I don't think the food is their strongest suit, but I love everything else about this place! They also have local musicians come play live music on Friday and Saturday nights, which is a lot of fun and a great way to hang out with friends or discover new bands. Parking: There is a small, free parking lot directly in front of the cafe, but if that is full there is another free lot and a parking garage all within one block.
