Homewood Suites Kansas City/overland Park

These rooms are quite outdated, we checked out early and went to our next destination an earlier than planned. The staff were really nice.

Rooms had odor, hair in bathtub, sofa had stains on it , we needed a change of sheets overnight and the worker said there was none cleaned my other room the bathtub was clogged had these rooms for 2 days waited over 4 hours maintenance never showed over the years this place has went down hill we checked out a day early asked for the manager to complain I was told to wait she never came out when I complained to cooperate she sent me a nasty email saying I was slandering her how if I tried to tell you about my experience and you never came out to address my concerns smh for the amount you pay for these rooms I expected better service .

We stay here all the time on our way between Minnesota and Texas when we visit family. The rooms are always clean, they have the room that we need, and being pet friendly helps as well since we like to bring our pets with us when we travel.

Recently stayed at the Homewood Hotel and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting air atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My suite was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was super convenient for longer stays. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the evening socials were a nice touch to meet other guests. Plus, the location was perfect – close enough to local attractions without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend for a cozy and welcoming experience! Mrs.Nasime was the greatest worker in the world I’ve never been so satisfied before with my stay.

This place is freaking awesome, to the kitchen to the closed pool that does not but the only issue I have had this whole trip is the spotty WiFi, I love love love love love here and I cannot wait to come back in the near future and we also love ms Nasime she is so so lovely and she is probs the best worker I have been in the flesh with
