Maloney's Sports Grill - Overland Park

Up. saturday november 11th we went very badly served by a brunette waitress with pink and white hair was not long a waitress. terrible service, it took a long time to serve us, they did not offer us the menu or water. then for a 2nd drink the same, we pay them and change the table and waiter obviously. we have been customers for years and the last time has failed in good service.

Today we had a big halloween bike ride with about 60 people. for lunch and the staff was wonderful! great food!

Mercedes had a terrible attitude. I have never spoken as if she spoke to us about a server, nor have I addressed my customers so (server/bartender of 8 years). absolutely unprofessional. Give me that? we had to lift our hands to get their attention after we waited for over 10 minutes with empty drinks? what I do, I find it rude, but as usual you should have a co-worker who doesn't come back, more direct eye contact rolled her eyes and didn't come here to get our beverage refills. not someone I want on my personal.

They have good food, but who was cooked today adds too much salt. my French pommes were completely covered and I couldn't even eat them. as constructive criticism, please place the salt. If I need more, I'll use the shaker on the table. I should have made a picture of how much salt is because you probably think I'm just a baby. it was too much salt.

The items I've had have all been excellent. This is one of those places where I want to go through and try the whole menu because everything sounds great and everything I've had IS great. I'll keep going back...
