Qdoba Mexican Eats - Overland Park

I drove from Raymore in hopes of having a better experience than my visits to the Qdoba there. I liked this location, but I noticed some issues. The grease from the ground beef wasn't drained properly, which was off-putting, and there were crumbs on several tables. It felt like the employees had overlooked the dining area, even though there were no customers present when I arrived.

The restaurant was in poor condition; it was unclean. There were five customers dining inside and seven outside, while six employees were present—three were cooking and preparing food, two managers were idly standing around, and one was assisting customers. The tortillas were overly chewy and tasted stale, although the burritos were decent. Overall, this location has clearly declined in quality.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash, and everything was perfect! The bowls were well-packed. Thank you so much, Brandy, for your outstanding customer service!

Poor knock off of Moe's had to beg for salsa. The guys serving portions were generous though. $40 for two lunches.
