Sweet Caroline's - Overland Park

We went back and Ellison was wonderful in resolving the issue with the gift card. I can't wait to enjoy some delicious sweets:) We had an unused gift card from a previous ownership, purchased 2 years ago, and unfortunately they were unable to honor it. It was disappointing to have money go to waste. I would not recommend purchasing a gift card from this restaurant.

The two employees who worked last Saturday evening (12-30) were fantastic! They made choosing the perfect flavor of ice cream a fun experience for me and my friends after dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful. I want to give a special shoutout to those two employees for their exceptional service.

Sweet Caroline 's is a must go to place when we are in the Kansas City area. Their treats and service are fantastic. I order baskets of sweets from Sweet Caroline 's for my employees every Christmas, and they rave about the flavor and quality!

Love the choices of ice cream and cones, but you need to check your freezers because the ice cream is too soft almost like soft serve.
