Burgerfi - Oviedo

It was our first time visit and it was a little odd to be greeted by only a digital kiosk. You place your order yourself with no human interaction. It was fairly simple to use but there were no instructions. The first human interaction was when they broughtus our cups for our drinks. The food came out fairly quickly. It was hot and rather tasty. The fries were good, but they serveway too many...lol...we'll get a smaller serving next time we go.

Matt was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my burger I wish I would have gotten even a little more fries.

Good food, fries are so good and the ghost honey paper sauce is the best if you like sweet and spicy. The wait is a little long but knowing we are short staffed every where is acceptable.

They have vegan and vegetarian burgers with my absolute favorite French fry seasoning, Cajun. Cajun fries are the best and I?m happy there is a burger chain that provides them. You can get your burgers ?green style? which will have them come in a lettucecup. BurgerFi is my favorite burger chain.

It was my first time in BurgerFi I didn?t know what I wanted, neither did my family, however Jaime helped us all out taking his time to understand what each of us wanted he definitely went above and beyond. It was one of the best experiences in customerservice I have had in a long time, definitely good food and good people. Highly recommend, will be coming back soon.
