I didn't receive the complimentary chips and salsa with my order. I registered for the rewards program through DoorDash, but nothing came through.
The crispy dish was stale and cold, and the guacamole didn't taste fresh. Overall, the meal was a disappointment and felt like a waste of money. This location is usually reliable, so I must have just picked a bad day to order.
Every dish was fresh, served warm, and prepared exactly as requested.
Every dish was served hot and fresh! The fries remained crispy! Chili's truly knows how to get it right!
