Clean Juice - Oviedo

So, my first impression of this place came from the people who work on this place. I visited when the lockdowns were raised, so 99% of the places were masked. the people here weren't. they were also dismissed and rude. (maybe, because I wore a mask? I'm not sure. the smoothie I bought was best moderate - it was watery and didn't taste like coffee as promised. really lame for the price paid. even if they are part of the LGBTQ community or atheist, they do not support this company as they are incredibly Christian. Carson always provides excellent service whenever I visit this restaurant. She is friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable about the clean juice products. I am impressed by her hard work and professionalism, especially considering her age. Carson manages the store efficiently during busy times and interacts with guests as if she were the store manager. Kudos to Carson for her outstanding service!

This place really makes me appreciate my St John's location. Homeboy took 20 minutes to make Avocado Toast. He must be taught the concept of multitasking. That you can do several things while waiting for others. If you know that the toast will take 5 minutes, then do this first. Then cut the eggs and avo to go up while waiting for the toast. He needs to be trained better. Also he puts his hands in his pocket, takes his phone out, looks it, puts it back in his pocket then puts his hand in the egg shell to snap some eggs up. A further training problem. Toast burned. The chairs were stacked at 430 on a Sunday as if you say, please don't eat here. We thought it was closed and almost gone. Training. School children just need a better training. Management where are you?

I have been coming to this franchise for years since it opened in Ovideo for my juicing needs. However, over time the level of the staff has been subpar. I purchased 7 juices today and two acai bowls and had to ask for a bag. My bag was then thrown on the counter for me to place my purchases in. I had to ask for another bag to put my bowls in. Not sure I will be coming to this location. I am not having the same experience when this place first opened. Do not hire people that do not want to work or unpleasant to customers for no reason. People work very hard and spend hard earned money for a great experience. Also starting to become unsanitary especially during covid.
