Gino's Pizza Pasta - Oviedo

We went to Gino for the first time and we were blown away! The pizza was great! I lived in NJ for 5 years and would go to NYC often pizza and Gino hands down is better than any NY pizzas I had. I ordered the Bianca Pizza and it was from this world!! My husband and son shared a medium buffalo chicken and they loved it. My 2 years old ate all Fritten. Dylan was our server and he was fantastic! He was on all refill drinks when we asked he delivered big suggestions to get what and was super sweet for my family and me. Thanks for the first-class service, Dylan! We will ask to sit back in your section! We had such a great meal and service at Gino?s I had to tell the owner how much we loved it. We will definitely be back many times and bring our extended family when they come to visit.

Found a hair in my food. It was towards the bottom of the bowl so I didn?t notice it until I was almost done. Told the waitress and she apologized. However, it was still on the bill. The waitress went to the manager to remove it and he refused since I ate ?most? of it. He obstinately refused to remove it. I would caution against this restaurant who sees the customer as the party in the wrong. Too bad to since the waitress was so nice.

The pizza had no sauce on it so I politely asked for sauce and they wanted to charge me for it. The veggies were uncooked. He refused to accommodate me. Terrible customer service but they had great gelato.

Had the caprese Flatbread, shrimp spaghetti a la vodka, and lemon mascarpone. Carafe of chianti to wash it down. Our server Dylan was very friendly and didn't rush us. We had a relaxed evening with delicious food. Our service was quick and friendly. The ambience was fantastic. It was renovated recently and has a very modern, upscale aesthetic without being too expensive.

It was a nice restaurant. We had a party of six. Service was ok. Server was nice but looked like she was ready to go home. My wine glass had lipstick marks on it. The food came out at a good time. We went to celebrate a birthday and this was one of the first restaurants that I been to that didn?t even bring a birthday dessert out. She said they don?t do that.
